Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment.
No he wasn’t the runt, he was the first born and the biggest. We chose him for his colourings, which he has lost already! He’s sand coloured now with just black around his mouth and the tips of his ears. People no longer ask me if he’s a border terrier which we would get asked several times a day! He was with mum and dad and his 5 siblings until 8 weeks when we brought him home. X
Morning I love all the pictures of the dogs. Chelle your baby is beautiful and very different coloring. Lee your relaxed hound makes me think of my rescue dog Nutmeg. She lies with her legs in the air on the couch and head hanging down the side. So funny. I am glad you are okay and back Eddie, it has been very quiet on here without you and also Ellie. I have a MRI on Thursday to check to see if I am starting with spinal cord compression and a CT scan on Friday to check if cancer is stable. I hate the MRI's as it hurts so much to lie still for an hour. I hope your feeling better Stella, has Winston forgiven you for leaving him? Hope everyone is doing okay this week. It is a lot cooler today. Sending hugs to everyone .
Lee 2 x
Good luck with the scans Leelaloo especially the MRI I hope it won’t be as bad as you are anticipating.
Cooler here today and light drizzle which is very welcome. Alana01 I am also wanting a lazy day today. I will pop to the shop shortly once Alfie has gone down for his morning sleep. He’s being really good about being left home alone if he is tired, he will just sleep until I get home which is good for his age I think. I have a doggy camera so I can keep an eye on him. He’s only got upset once and I came straight home. X
Well I’m feeling properly sorry for myself as currently we have no dogs or cats
We had 2 of each for years when the kids were growing up but dwindled to none . My hubby is not too keen on any new fur babies just at the moment ..
Leelaloo hope your MRI goes ok , I have never had one , just CTs with contrast for me which are a doddle compared to MRIs I believe
eddiel good to see you back . Is it your daughter’s wedding soon ?
Lucy xx
Eddie, good to see you out and about again, assuming that that is the case. Lee 2, good luck with your scans. I've just got back from immunotherapy with appointments for scans and consultations next month. Now I can start bracing myself for the next heatwave coming our way. Used to love them, what happened? Lol

Hi
Spent the day at the hospital as my ‘cold’ has gotten worse and I have a fever. At least I was allowed home with some antibiotics. The upside is I was asking re my CT scan report and the radiologist managed to do it today and I am going to see the oncologist tomorrow to find out the results. Silver lining and all that!
Lee 2 hope your scans go well and with good result too.
Alana : Winston had not done any damage yet as he is a good boy!
Chelle Alfie looks so cute
Eddie good to seen you back? Were you looking after the twins?
Patrick we have another heat wave too this coming weekend I hope I will be well enough to enjoy it
Hope everyone has a good day xx
Well, here is a little anecdote about our last pet: jet black, strong and loyal, called Tian after a beach in Thailand, we both grew very attached to him. After many near-escapes, including jumping off a rather high balcony, the poor thing developed lumps on its head, aged 12. I took him to the vet who proceeded to carry out a kind of biopsy before declaring he had to be put down for his own sake. So off I went back home, with an empty cat basket. Mrs Patrick came back home, realised the cat was missing and went ballistic. After the initial rant and a sleep, she got on her bike, rode to the vets and accused her of murdering her cat. There followed a long period of mourning. So no more cats or dogs although I would dearly love a dog...

Get well soon Stella. Recovering from holiday is always the worst bit I find. But I gather you had a good time which is great!!

Hiya Stella and Winston of course. Good to hear he is being so good for you . Maybe he is slowly growing out of his little peeping stunts and just do the huffing. Lilly has been sleeping most of today cosy under the blanket in the bedroom. Not one for wind and rain that furry little lady. Great that they let you get back home and best of luck for your Oncology appointment tomorrow. Best wishes for everyone with appointments or results tomorrow. You all have a cosy evening
Love Angie and Lilly xx
