Good morning all everyone,
Just setting up a new chat thread for May. If you would like to catch up on April's chat you can click here. Please note that it's now locked, so you won’t be able to reply to that thread.
The chit chat thread is for:
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment.
Afternoon all, looks like a busy week on the appointment front so maybe not such a bad thing that the weather is dreadful, it's grey and drizzly here.
Lucy, sorry to read your message but looks like you have received good advice from others and so hope your treatment on Friday goes well.
Ellie you've had such a lot to cope with hoping you have good news tomorrow.
Tvman, glad you are sorted and hope there isn't too much of an impact from missing a dose, quite right you should get an apology but they also need to figure out how such a mistake was made as this should not happen.
Lee 2 hope your oncology appointment goes well.
For me it's another chemo this week so hoping to make the most of a couple of good days before I have to take it easy again.
Love and good luck to all
Marie xx
Hi creature_feature, and welcome to the forum, Winston is amazing, this is my favourite pic of him.

I am home from my amazingly relaxing hols and it will be a while before I catch up with everything. Missed u all..
I hope everyone is OK even though most are going through treatments
Anyway catch u all soon. I'll leave u all with a picture of me and my Puppy Phoebe at the victorian castle we stayed at in S.wales
Hello - lovely to hear you enjoyed your hols with your gorgeous puppy . Looks like a very special place to stay
I sowed several hundred Erigeron or “Fleabane” seeds, just thrown down into cracks and corners- it made me smile as new to gardening I realised I’d seen the word before (on here) !
Anyway hoping for some pretty daisy like flowers - will post a pic if they get going
Lucy xx
Hi Fleabane, glad you had a lovely time in the castle and elsewhere I presume. Hopefully Mrs Tvman and I will get away somewhere when she has her hip replacement surgery. We have booked for the Belfast to Liverpool ferry in August to visit our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren but currently it's not looking a certainty due to her continued post cancer illness.
What a lovely photo of a beautiful attentive pup that obviously adores you.
Tvman x
