Morning all, there will be no new chat thread for April....
Haha, April Fools, here is the new chat thread for April!
If you want to catch up on March's chat you can click here but it will be closed for replies.
The chit chat thread is for:
"Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment."
Morning Patrick, and thank you, I was looking forward to Ovacome, but for some reason I'm nervous, which is weird as I'm not speaking, "I do talks on prostate cancer," so being in the audience should be a doddle, maybe a little walk with Poppy, and some breakfast will help. You too have a lovely day my friend, I hope it's your own.
Eddie xx
Hi Lee2, thank you we had a lovely day, the speakers were impressive, though the kids mum's variant, was little understood and not mentioned, met some lovely people and would recommend anyone with ovarian cancer go. What have you been up to my friend?.
Eddie xx
Good morning everyone....I hope the day ahead is a positive one. I am hoping u all have a weekend off from tests and treatments.
I am full of a wretched cold my husband brought home from Italy.
I managed my ironing yesterday..I HATE IRONING
Today's plan is sour dough bread. I fed Percy at 1 am and he is nearly ready....he does enjoy the granary flour
My hubby is off to take part in his birthday present from the boys..a chance to drive two Aston Martins..a DB something and a James bond one...gives me a day of peace..
Well the house is still. All humans and animals asleep, except me.. here I am watching murder programmes and crocheting squares and sneezing and coughing...
My hope is all of you have a wonderful Saturday
Hugest hugs
Awww, all those lovely things he could have brought you from Italy, and he brings you a bloody cold, enjoy your bread making and peaceful day, as long as it lasts, sounds good to me. My eldest is taking me to my favourite pub, the Yorkshire Bridge Inn, for lunch today, and tomorrow is family dinner at the farm and watching the masters golf, I hope you shake off your cold soon.

Good morning
Sunny and warm today! Hope everyone has a lovely day.
Fleabane : Hope your cold is not too bad. Sourdough bread sounds yummy. I just buy them from my village bakery not idea how to make them.
Eddie enjoy your pub lunch. What kind of food they offer?
Patrick how was your scan?
Alana : enjoy wonderful family time with your daughter and grandkids
I had too much BBQ food yesterday. Just going for some salads today I think. Having my Covid vaccine today hope won’t feel too bad afterwords.

Good Morning Stella, you should have a go at baking, even if it's using a bread maker, I will likely be having soup of the day, and their fab homemade crumble & ice-cream to follow. What are your plans for today my friend?, at Ovacome yesterday, hair loss/treatment was discussed, and I have some contact details for anyone interested
love Eddie xx
Good morning everyone, beautiful day here too. No plans might go to Ironbridge for a pub lunch. Stella your flower arrangements are really a work of art. You are so talented and have an eye for what is just right. Hope you feel better soon Fleabane. Enjoy your pub lunch today Eddie. I would love some information on hair loss. My hair has been falling out and getting very thin and my eyebrows too. I am relaxing in bed and the four dogs are with us on the bed.
