Morning all, there will be no new chat thread for April....
Haha, April Fools, here is the new chat thread for April!
If you want to catch up on March's chat you can click here but it will be closed for replies.
The chit chat thread is for:
"Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment."
Hi Stella, you are turning out to be our wigs Guru. Do they make your head very hot and itchy. Would you advise to actually go and try them on at the shop or do you decide bye virtual trying different styles? Lilly is sending love to Winston.
love Angie and Lilly xx
Hi
The wigs are reasonably comfortable so far but we did not have hot weather yet! I am pretty good with heat in general so hopefully can cope with it in the summer. I worn it in a steam room and was ok with it. My own hair is starting to grow back a bit after my dose reduction so maybe I can have a v short hair style in the heat of the summer.
I watched lots of YouTube videos and just bought wigs online , but from retailers that will take a refund. I have not send any back yet! I think the most important part is actually the colour or the tone of the colour has to be right with your complexion. Video is much better than pictures for it. You also want to see ‘normal’ looking people with it not super pretty lady wearing them.
Winston has been a very good boy since the peeing incident. He is sending his love to Lily too.
Any visitors for the weekend?
Xx
Glad to hear Winston has been good xx thanks for the advice, it is much appreciate. It’s my middle daughter’s Birthday on Saturday so we are taking the 3 boys swimming to Inverness and Birthday lunch at Brodie. It’s the children’s last Easter Holiday Weekend before School starts again on Monday. Crazy isn’t it since we didn’t even have Easter yet. Her Hubby not home from work until the end of the Month. So the 5 of us are having a nice day out, since her brother is at a Wedding for the Weekend and her older sister is away on a Business trip. We will have a grand time. You, Craig and of course Winston have a lovely weekend.
love Angie and Lilly xx
Sorry it's been a busy day, but better late than never to reply to my friends on the chit chat.
Thanks everyone for their concern for Lesley, she's doing much better today,
Ellie, best wishes for your bloods today, and your last eye injection on Tuesday

Hi Fleabane, I do live in Yorkshire, Bessaccar, south of Doncaster, the seminar is by Ovacome, an ovarian cancer charity, for people affected by ovarian cancer, it's Lesleys cancer and a very good friend of mines, who I will be going with.
Patrick, good luck with your scan today, I'm not sure what you mean by, I hope you have some left for yourself and your daughter, but thank you anyway.
Fleabane, a little wheat in the chickens food will help them with the cold nights.
Hi Angie, thank you, I will pass on your love, is the fence looking any different.
Thea wigs are vat free, Macmillan has info under, wigs for cancer treatment, or go to www.gov.uk and ask for an exemption from.
Stella, the park is gorgeous, I'd better be quick, where is it?. Oh Suffolk is a little far.
Love Eddie and Sheila xx
