  • Morning Annette, I do have spies everywhere lol, I guessed, as just like me, family means everything to you, making something for them would be top of the list, with the little ones coming first, and amigurumi balls we're the obvious choice.

I've almost finished 2 slightly larger quilts, then just 2 more to do, but 1st, I'm painting a Highland cow, there Sarah's favourite animals, and it's what she asked me for, for a wedding present, just for her, as well as the family trip/honeymoon to Disney world.

  • Thanks Annette, last year during her big sister's and mum's cancer journeys, I was able to send 8 of the family to Disney world, but Sarah couldn't go, nor her youngest kids, so I'm delighted to help them go this time, with the wonderful bonus of looking after baby Mandy while they're away, and my little girl, like me, loves personal gifts, handmade especially, I've made her a few things, her kitchen, dining table, Welsh dresser and beds for the little ones, as well as help with restoring a large timber framed barn on the farm, which were a pleasure to do.
