Hi Ellie, how did your appointment go on Thursday? Is it a daily tablet you have to take or weekly ?
We are currently stuck on the M6 on way to see my niece, we were doing well until this point, now ground to a halt !
Hi lots of hold ups on roads today, been on radio.
Yes was a good meeting as such.
Yes i thought one tablet a day, that will do, no 8 tablets once a day all at same time of day.
They are not little I have to say, and my hair has started coming out, they did say it might, only just grown back, every day brings a surprise.
You have a nice time and catch up, when you get there, at lest nights are drawing out
Take Care..
Just dropped in it’s absolutely tipping down here and windy hopefully going to blow through . Just about to go into other room as the six nations rugby is on I’m not particularly interested in sport will look on Netflix . Taking all those tablets in one go is no joke good luck Ellie . It doesn’t seem possible that we are nearing the end of another month but at least the nights are getting lighter as are the mornings . I have an optician appointment this week I am seeing a consultant about cataracts they have developed so quickly it’s only been since December they were found and I am struggling to see I’m now wearing glasses all the time and have just had a new prescription for driving . Moaning about that makes me feel guilty as there as many of you on here who are going through much worse than a problem with your eyes . Thinking of you all and hoping that today has turned out not too bad . Chris x
Yes windy here and cold.
I had a cataract done last year, brilliant result, waiting to get other one done.
Though after op, lost half sight in good eye, cannot wait for other one.
I watched the ruby yesterday, Scotland, and England was a good game, I also have it on, now.
France and Italy. Better than Football I think, proper men.
Enjoy what ever you watch.
Good afternoon Ellie and Chris, it is blowing a hooley here too. At least it is not raining yet. Hope the winds will ease as I have my scan tomorrow first thing. The Rugby was good yesterday, thoroughly enjoyed the Wales Ireland match. It was a bit of a nail biter towards the end. Goodness me Ellie 8 tablets at once, that’s a heck of a lot of medicine. How is your stomach coping with that? Hope everyone has had a good weekend and good luck for upcoming appointments etc.
love Angie and Lilly xx
Good evening
Have not done much today, still recovering from the ‘cold’ I had. Started a botanical colouring book I bought from Kew garden. Feeling tired after just filling in 5 petals. Hopefully will regain more strength tomorrow.
Ellie sorry about your hair. Have you got wigs?
Chris; annoying about the eye, hopefully you can get them done soon. My eye sight is definitely worse on chemo too. I really need to book an eye test soon.
Eddie: sorry to hear about your dad. Thinking of you.
Alana + Lily : have a cosy night- love from
Stella + Winston x
Apparently the chemo is a contributing factor with eyes deteriorating just another thing to add to the list enjoy your evening hope you get your strength back soon x Chris
Good evening Stella and Winston . Lilly and I sending our love to you both and hope you will get your strength back soon. I have been rather fatigued over the last few weeks and am not happy about it. My Nurse said it will still be the after effects from Covid. When are you going for your next appointment? Stay cosy and look after yourself xxx
love Angie and Lilly xxx
