We've officially entered February, new thread as kindly requested by ellie 73
Description:
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment.
Evening Eddie, to be honest I am not to sure if the bloods will have improved. I am still feeling a bit out of sorts. Very frustrating to be honest, but just have to go with the flow. How are you getting on with your appointments? Couple of quiet days coming up here. 3 monthly scan next week and a couple of phone consultations for good measure. Look after yourself my dear friend
love Angie and Lilly xx
Hi Allana, you don't know if they haven't either, and fruit can help, I know what you mean about feeling off, my energy levels are low, I don't get up till 10am unless I have to, I'm hoping it's the new meds and uninspiring weather, and best wishes with your scan and consultations, I'm at MIND "mental health", Thursday and see my neurologist on Sunday. which aren't important, as tomorrow is Lesley's operation, we saw her team earlier, they said all the right things, enjoy your quiet days my friend and keep warm.
love Eddie xx
Good morning
Thank you so much for all your messages. I had a chillax birthday as it is normally the worst day of my cycle. However, after a dose reduction this cycle, for the first time I was not in pain!
Angie- hope your blood glucose level stabilise and you are able to have your chemo this Friday
Eddie: all the best for Leslie ‘s operation. Hope it goes well and as planned.
Lee: how are you doing the trial drug?
Still grey and damp here. I am going to a garden centre to pick up a few more flowers to cheer me up.
Hope all have a peaceful day x
Good morning Stella, the Garden Centre sounds a grand idea. I am waiting for Oncology to phone at some point today to give me my blood results. Lilly is having her yearly check up today, so needles to say I won’t be her favourite person this afternoon . Lilly and the Vet are like two worlds colliding. Not a lot of love between them. As Ellie would say “she has to put her big Cat’s knickers on” . It is grey and coolish here too, roll on Spring. Of course we still have March and April to get over first. Hope Winston is fine and doesn’t cause havoc with your flowers. Best wishes to all with appointments, results or treatments.

Good Morning just about.
Early morning Oncologist appoint, done with, car park and clinics where empty.
More appointments before I start Target therapy, never stops.
I did ask my Oncologist when does some one say enough is enough, she answered me with the answer, bit enlightens, was happy with what i was told.
Home, coffee and post man brings another appointment with Barts, need a personnel assistant starting to think.
Grey, cloudy and cold, cannot last for ever hopefully.
Have a good day everyone.
Hi Lily
I hope your visit to the vet is not too stressful and they have given you some treats at the end.
I don’t like going into the cat basket and travelling in cars either. Luckily my vet is in the same village as me so only 2 minutes away.
Thinking of you my brave girl.
Winston.
Good morning everyone. I just wanted to ask a question. Yesterday I was told I had mets in my skull amongst other bones. Is this common? I am sorry for the question but I am new to this and havent spoken to anyone and I dont know who to ask. Thank you and hope everyone has a good day.
