Hi Stella, our two favourite Spa's are, Ragdale Hall Spa, near Melton Mowbray, pricey but they do specials and last minute offers, and The Spa at Underscar near Keswick, beautiful accommodation, lots of pampering it's in the lake district and the best value Spa we have ever been too, Stella this one doesn't have the traditional hotel, they have lodges all with there own theme and amazing views.

Hi Alano, So pleased you are home. Yes I usually tell people to text me first before they Zoom or Facebook in a face to face. Imagine if you weren’t dressed of worse, in the toilet. So I ask for a 10 minute warning so that I’m not caught out!
I hope everyone enjoys their Friday and of course the weekend to come!

Hi Alana, I am so pleased you are home and comfortable. If someone wants a video call, face to face or zoom me, I as if they will send me a text first to let me know! Like a 10 minute warning because I hate the thought of someone zooming, or whatever and I am not dressed or even in the toilet, so I get my 10 minute warning and it means I can relax if my mobile rings or beeps!
I hope everyone enjoys their Friday and have a terrific weekend when the weather is meant to be milder but we are back to frost etc next week!

Thanks Eddie for the recommendations. They look fantastic. I would definitely try to go there in the new year.
Today I went for a walk with my mum as the sun is out but the wind was rather brisk! The local hospice nurse has called and arranged for a living well assessment next Tuesday. Hopefully they can help me to navigate around this new phase of life.
I have ordered this monthly subscription of Japanese food box and one has arrived today. Quite excited to open it.
what are you up to today?

Hi Stella, your welcome, Sheila and I have been to a few Spa resorts and these 2 stand out.
Good to hear you got out with your mum again and I'm not a Fan of cold winds either, but I am a big fan of my hospices living well programme, if yours is like mine, it will be a big help, and and you have to tell us about your Japanese yummies.
I've been to urology, had a chat with my CNS, I see my oncologist Tuesday about treatment and needed my appointment moved to earlier, she said arrive early and she will see I'm first in, she's fab, I also had a massage and a 2 hour therapy group and lunch with friends.

Evening Ellie, Sorry I haven't heard from Lee, though I think his operation was yesterday, so maybe he needs a little more time to recover from surgery, and I hope all's well for him too, I will say a little prayer for him and his lovely wife.
I'm ok Ellie, how are things with you, I hope there's been some progress with appointments, and you got to the shops with family today, please take care my friend.
