Sorry Puddock, I missed your post, 21° is perfect, I do like it hot and as long as I take it easy and drink plenty of water it's lovely, though 30°+ if humid is too much. I have a portable air-con unit which is fab, quiet and costs 10p an hour to run, PS It was a present, I doubt I would have bought myself one but wouldn't be without one now.

Morning All
Had a few jibs to be done early.
Just hung a curtain up, was hard work, it was very heavy, should have waited for some one to come in, but one now.
I have all blinds shut, that's for sure, its only 24 at moment, pew phew ,think i may be siting doing a few cross words later.
just take care with what ever you do, the heat does effect you, so they say.
Coffee time.
Thanks Ellie, I think we would do a better job of putting the world to rights than those in charge, there's nothing better than being with family, mine actually looked after me today, makes me feel like an invalid lol, glad you had a good time with your son, unfortunately mine lives nearly 3 hours away which is too far for me to drive, will try to see him and his family soon.

Morning All
This is the best time of the day, opened shed up, umbrella up, conservarty windows open, thats my stint till 7pm, then time to shut it all up.
I do not remember falling asleep which was bonus really.
Any appointments for any oe, hope they go well.
Every one else, take care if you have this hot weather.
Morning Ellie
I'm off to an emergency dentist appointment today. Dreading it! Think the tooth will have to come out. Ugh!
Apart from that, everything else is OK. The weather is back to 'normal' here....threatening to rain, breezy and cool.
Hope you're not too warm today!
