Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!

Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.

Puddock good luck at the dentist. Can you please send some of the cool breeze in my direction. 27 here at the moment, I’m planning on staying indoors in front of the fan.
ellie 73 I hope you have retrieved your fan from the junk room I think you will need it today.
I have my 6 monthly oncology review tomorrow. No scan report as they are yearly at the moment, so just a general chat and I think she may be reviewing some of my medication.

Yes Chelle, very warm,

not even going out side, having a light dust at moment, then a few cross words.

That's good you have a yearly scan , mine are still every 3 months, with out all the extras in between, which i have one in London Wednesday, lovely.

Take it easy, we will moan when cold and wet lol

Hi Chelle

It's warming up again here now! Sunny at the moment. I took Candy for a walk in the forest, where it is usually cool. No birds singing at all!

Thank you Kate. I haven’t taken my little doggie out today yet, she is happily sleeping under the table, I hope it cools this evening and I will take her then.

Good luck for the scan on weds ellie 73 I think it will be a bit cooler mid week. X

make sure you keep your fluids up if you are exercising today Eddie. The only exercise I will be doing is reaching for the remote for the tv.

Puddock, I'm already in slow motion any slower and i would be motionless lol, my trainer will keep an eye on me.

Hi Chelle, thank you, always take my bottle of water to exercise, and drink plenty when it's hot or I get headache's, 29° here and 31° later, Poppy not good in the heat so she goes out early and late, best wishes for tomorrow I hope it goes well for you.
