Morning Moi, sorry to hear Ray has CKD, and your having sleep issues, I'm usually ok but not last night either, was at hospice yesterday had a hour with my lead palliative care nurse and counsellor together and talked about everything so had a lot on my mind, hopefully that's why I didn't sleep, had 18 months on 2 hours a night, don't want to go back there, enjoy your quiet day

Morning
Why do you go to the Hospice, on a regularly basic, all the talking and counselling, only so much, you can keep saying, surely..
I never slept as good far to warm, though little cooler, at the moment
Any way what's happened with these scan results..
Have a pleasant day what ever is on the cards.
Morning Ellie, a lot of us never slept well last night' weather doesn't help, I go to the hospice for counselling, therapies, see friends, volunteering and to talk to nurses, regarding scan results all I know is they have been posted, nothing planned today exercise, not going as wrist sore so will see if Sheila wants to do something.

Here we go again, yes uncomfortable night very hot but alot cooler now. Here's one for you. Last Thursday I did Ray and mine new passport applications on line, Ray's is coming today, mine well therchecking my application??? I must have got the lazy checker who keeps going the loo for a fag lol . As for counciling, I had some at the beginning of my cancer trip, I've phoned the Macmillan help line a few times over the last 4 years. But I just don't have the time for regular sessions as I'm not cancer I'm me and getting on with it. Obviously some people get a lot of comfort from it . Have a good day all. XX
MOI
Morning Moi2,
Sorry if there's been any confusion. Just to set your mind at rest, the forum is working as intended, it was just that your post was temporarily hidden for review by the automated word filter.
Some words that are used totally innocently also have less pleasant meanings, like the slang term for a cigarette. The system flags posts like this for quick review, just in case it is being used inappropriately.
It's a really helpful safety system to have in such a large community, although it does mean the occasional short delay like this. We really appreciate your patience and understanding.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
