Up early tomorrow as early appointment at the Phoenix unit then oncologist on Monday, rheumatology Am GP pharmacist pm on Tuesday. So to my new GP tonight she says my salts are back to normal so can start taking my blood pressure meds again.

Hi all, 4.30 and wide awake, met some old friends by accident on Wednesday and stood talking what seemed like for ever, my hip and back started to hurt so had to go.. been in agony with my back ever since.! But seems OK this morning yay. Think a cup of tea is called for. xx

Morning, yes i am a little late, though just had shower, washing on and having breakfast.

Very damp here, its here we go, some thing to look forward to, dark nights and winter.

November this week, not sure where the year has gone to, a whirl wind and yes Christmas approaching, got all my cards yesterday, and five birthdays in Dec and 4 in January, have told every one, no more babies in those months please.

Need some summer Birthdays.
