Morning tricia. Yea thankfully I haven't been to bad with it. Just like heavy cold. They didn't want Me to go hospital for anti viral treatment as it can have long term effects on liver and kidneys so only do it in serious cases thats what they told me when the covid nurse rang me. Its starting to get very warm here I ill cut grass then sit and chat to neighbour over the fence instead of both sat together in garden .hope u well and tske care x
When you have to wear a splint, for example when you have a broken wrist, this heat makes it really uncomfortable as well as painful.
with support I will get through this.

Oh no!! Yes it must be awful but just be brave. It’s like having man flu only it’s wrist flu.
