Hi Tvman it's nice to be back, how are you and Mrs Tvman keeping 

Hi Ulls, thanks for asking. Mrs Tvman had her last chemo tablets and radiotherapy yesterday and was ill all day afterwards. A 10 day wait now while the radiotherapy continues working and then a scan and appointment to see if her tumour has gone. Fingers crossed!

As for me, I'm fine. I have to get bloods done later this morning and then appointment at the cancer unit on Friday for latest blood picture. I also have an appointment later this afternoon for a routine aorta screening. It's a new idea it seems, don't know whether it's every couple of years like the bowel screening. Have you had an aorta screening yet?

Hi Tvman, what a shame your wife had a bad day after her last treatment, I hope today is a better day for her and she enjoys restful days with no treatment. Everything is crossed for great scan results!

Hope your bloods are OK! I see I'm not the only one awake at ridiculous o'clock!!!

Good early morning ladies and gentlemen. Woke up an hour ago with back pain that's never going to go away. I have replied to Ulls, texted my only brother and also my sister in law who was married to my recently deceased other brother to let them know that Mrs Tvman had her last chemo tablets and radiotherapy yesterday, then was ill for the rest of the day. Now a 10 day wait for a scan and an appointment to see if the tumour has gone or not. Fingers crossed
