A new thread other getting full lol (continued from thread no 13)
Talk about what ever you wish to, within reason,
What your up to today, what you may be doing, having bloods done, or scan day, or results,
Though if you have a special topic, please start anew thread,
This is for daily everyday life, we talk about this and that, and yes rubbish, and nonsense at times, me included.
That is some times what daily life is like,
making butternut squash for my veggie niece tomorrow. It’s a nightmare to peel!
Hey Judy! @msg23 I used to peel BS and I concur; it is a nightmare! Have you tried slicing it, then cutting the peel off in vertical chops as you rotate the circular slice? I angle the knife a bit to accommodate the curve of the squash. Perhaps I need to make a video lol Claire xx
You know me to well, Tricia, yes it is the fatigue for me, have to admit. x
Well I think you must feel very satisfied making the house look spick and span. And Oh the luxury of getting into a clean bed xxx
Only you could think of that!! Ritchie wants me to say, morning with a smile on my face (even if it’s fake
) this is after I’ve got up hours before him…had my big bowl of cereal etc walked Ollie, been for bloods and arranged a phone call with the GP and was told to get to the surgery. So back I went the same morning. And MrJ wants me to smile. Urgh!!?!! So now it’s become a joke. When we get mad at each other we smile and say, good morning or afternoon. xx
Yes I did slice them towards the end and peeled them vertically…actually any old way it so frustrating but again it looks very nice. I think my niece will be impressed. Usually I buy her a veggie meal from Tesco. I watched a video on how to crush garlic so why don’t you fo a video for peeling flipping butternut squash
Judy xx
