You’re so right Judy, I’m trying to appreciate the things I can still do. And I love swimming so much. I’m very lucky, still have the use of everything and got some energy but it’s in the 30s today and has wiped me out after walking to the shop for a paper and stopping at a friend’s house. All good though x
I’ve just looked up Moel Famu, looks so beautiful. You live in a gorgeous part of the world Judy. I felt rather glum when coming home to polluted, crowded, stressed Essex after Scotland. Made me think again about moving. But we have family here and lots of support. We’d have to consider all of that

I am a member of Elite Studio where i do my exercise classes. We call ourselves ‘Eliters it’s a great place. Does everything from baby ballet to modern funk and everything in between for all ages. I’ve been going for years. Tap was one of my favourite…was even in a couple of shows!
it was so good to be back last week doing my body conditioning class. Which hopefully I will do each week and if it falls on my first week after chemo I can do it online. Have made some good friends there.
