Well, good morning everyone. I am sorry I haven’ been here for so long. I have been through quite the time, spent 8 nights as an inpatient in 2 spells and have had a stomach bleed fixed (although I am no convinced it’s done properly, to be assessed). Aside from that things have gone downhill with pain and other symptoms. However, I am still here alive and kicking and hoping that now I am out I can begin to get my strength back and get back to some sort of normal. I hope you are all well and thanks to all of you for messages of support here or privately.

A bit down emotionally…don’t know why! But off to my first exercise class in the studio since last September!
and then Deaf church this afternoon.
