Today I am going on a Rural Ramble in aid of the Helen Rollason charity then I’m going to the ballet at the Royal Opera House! My friend is treating me so I’m getting dinner. So very excited

I am just up, late for me,  but was shattered, lovely and bright here, not like me, at the moment, but will be later.

Just reading this has made me want go back to bed in despair. Where does this energy come from?

I've just loaded the dishwasher and I have ticked that off as a major achievement. 

Can't let my wife do it, she dosnt put the thought into it that I do and I have found the occasional spoon that she left in the sink.

Never mind she's good at some things.

Ulls my friend i was shattered because i was up at 5am, yesterday, lol, one glass wine, that never ever effects, me, a few more might,

Washing on the line, showered, and washed up, this dish washer, has been busy xxx.

Ho good heavens Ellie was that due to an early appointment, or just couldn't sleep.

I was late to bed last night 10.05 and I so need my beauty sleep.

Had my 9th chemo yesterday..didn’t need an anti sickness tablet!!! And slept like a log…like I always do, fortunately. 
Skip is getting delivered to tidy up the front and side of the house. That’s my pottering today
