Good morning everyone. Quite a few appointments and treatments for people today so sending positive thoughts, love and hugs to you if you have and to you even if you don’t have. I have an a telephone call with oncologist at 10.15 and a lot to go over, including whether there is any point carrying on with chemo. I will let you know how it goes. Aside from that I am away for a wee weekend away following appointment. I have a work reunion tomorrow so that should be fun to see everyone from 30 years ago again. I am also looking forward to a couple of hotel breakfasts lol! It’s the simple things that make you happy :)
Take care everyone and may you have a great wee Friday

Pilate is good. My fitness tutor is setting up an exercise video for me to use at home. But hopefully one day soon I will be able to go to the studio down the road from me. I use at the moment 1.1kg weights to do light exercise from what I can remember. But a video will be a help to get into a routine.
I feel they are doing me good by lifting my diaphragm as well as lungs. Onwards and upwards xxxx

Hello Judy, I am sending you love and hugs back ️! I will update you all next week as whether I skipped, danced or did both - I’ll aim high and try and do both . Every good wish for your chemo today - I will have to look up that author, sounds interesting! I am really into memoirs but do have in my small pile of books, Richard Osman’s, ‘The Thursday Murder Club’ which Moi2 recommended. Very best wishes and another hug xxxxxxxxx.
Dear Morton, I do that you are okay after the phone call this morning. I don’t do platitudes and am fully aware of the challenges and decisions many of us, including you of course, are having to make or will face in the future. Good to hear you are having a short break away and catching up with work colleagues from many years ago. When I do go away and stay in hotels. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day! It is the little things that keep us going and I hope you have an enjoyable weekend. xxxxxx
