Morning, new thread, other, has had a few replies.
Normal chit chat, talk about every day life, what you are doing for the day, bloods, scans app, though if a special topic, please start another thread..
Enjoy every day the best you can,
Hi Ruby, I am sorry to hear you missed out going for tea & cake with your friend. A cold is a horrible thing to get rid of at this time of year. I also had severe anaemia and had to have a blood transfusion the day before they let me out of hospital. Just remember to take a book or some music to listen to as it can take a few hours! Good luck!
Love Annette x
Morning Annette, thank you for your good wishes . I have a small pile of books so will ensure I take one with me - thanks for the heads up! I tend not to ask many questions and did wonder how long it would take. I probably have undiagnosed chronic fatigue too, as have felt exhausted for years, so anything which will give me a bit more energy, I’ll take! My lovely nurse said that some patients go skipping out of the clinic after their transfusion - haha, hopefully that’ll be me! xxxxxxxx
Yea! You will come out skipping or dancing I have my 8th chemo today and it gives me change to sit down and read I’m going through Lucinda Riley’s books ‘The Seven Sisters’ series. I’m onto book 3. They are very addictive and enjoyable.
sending love n hugs ️xxx
