Good morning Ellie, hope you had a good night sleep. I went of very quickly then something woke me up at 1.30am. Thought it was the door bell ! Never got up. Must have dropped off again about 3. Anyway glad you can take it easy today  have a good day xx

Morning, god i slept, nearly eight hours, absolutely  heaven, two days rushing to much,now i can potter lol.

Still siting sorting out my washing, then shower.

What are you up to, some thing exciting, or tke it as it comes, xx

Changing the bedding , (weekly job I hate.) Washing. Then I'll take the afternoon  as it comes. I'll let you know later. Just going to have some breakfast I'm starving. xx

Good morning everyone, Annette 10 year's you are an inspiration to us all, but reading that your pain is very bad, makes me sad, Oromorph is good stuff but to much puts the brain into cloud cocoo land, my wife was on it when she broke he spine, sorry can't remember the dose, she had to be weened off it after her operation, I hope you enjoy the weekend but please don't over do it.

Hi Morton68 i hope the oncologie meeting goes well, put your poor wee hand in a bandage for extra sympathy.

And thank you all for your good wishes last night, im still in pain but nothing compared to yesterday, it's going to be a good day sunshining, daughter comming, and a wee dram tonight, plus good friends to message, thanks guy's

When wife not feeling up to much she dust's with a damp cloth, I call her mrs damp cloth, I don't sit still cos she damp cloths me, very naughty.

Talk about a  tickling stick, reaches places, you can not normally reach lol
