Glad to hear you had your daughter with you.  Things can change in an instant can’t they.  I have the fear about an MRI on the 18th.  But as we know worrying won’t change anything.  My day has been ok.  I managed some time at the gym which always helps the mind so hoping to sleep tonight.   It was another blustery day here, but it is November so I expect that.
