It is a lovely morning! Today is the first day I haven't been woken up in the middle of the night with toothache following molar extraction 3 weeks ago :-) Hopefully start of the End of it settling down. Drugs day today too, what's not to like?!
Morning Mmum, treatment day for you I take it, how do you feel after you nivolumab (is it that today ) I always feel tired for a few days after mine. Then fil of beans. Hope it goes well xx
Yeah nivolumab today :-) I feel fine afterwards and feel normal again now. I do feel a bit of a fraud in this dept ie that I don't get an impact lol I'm chastising myself because I forgot to charge the laptop in advance for the netflix session later.
I feel like a fraud as well, it takes just an hour, and I look and feel normal most of the time. I've been asked if I'm one of the volunteers a few times. My nurses say they luv my positivity, and they wonder what I'll be wearing, that is just me. xx
An hour! Wow! Is that the fast release delivery or is your place super quick or a production line operation? I'll be there 2.5 hours. I get 480mg. I think I'm on the slowest rate possible, although there is a bit of waiting around at the start. Laptop at 70% so that's enough juice for my session and still a few hours until I leave.
My dose varies between 250mg and last one on Monday was 150mg as you can see I'm on low dose, I have mine at home know only go clinic for bloods. Some people at clinic are on chemo for hours on end. Mine is just to keep me going xx
