Here by special request, the latest in the Lovely Morning series.
Right i had a scan yesterday, well i got more than what i was expecting.
Gets there two nice young men, i said this is an extra day out for me, he replied, i am available after five on a Fridays,to five on Sunday. we could go for a meal, give me your account details and password replied 12345 and Postman, we all laughed.
Right get on the bed canular in , any metal, i replied no, after 6 years i make sure i do not, saves me wearing a silly gown.
Right scan starts, laying there, all of a sadden voice comes over speaker, Ellie we are coming in and have stopped the scan, i am thinking for god sake what have they seen, sorry i am laughing now, as i no what is the next bit.
He came in you sure not metal, i replied no, told not to move, he felt all over me, and then a hand each side of my hips, and he felt round, then said what is this, i replied i do not know.
Next bit i am sorry i have got to pull your trousers down, i knew what was going to occur, in head thinking, it is not just my trousers coming down, i had jeans on. and yes i was right,
I had to say something, i thought you was not available till after five Friday, cant you wait, well omg he fell on my legs doubled up with laughter, when he composed himself, i then said, long time since some one has pulled my trousers, well we both where laughing.
My jeans where new nothing on the front, but through the loop on the back, was a brass motif, i never even seen it, and that is what was showing up on scan, finished the scaan and on way out he showed me the scan,
OMG what a day, What a Day will not be wearing them on scan day xx
Well Monica i am prim and proper, to be honest but the laugh was on me yesterday and costs nothing to laugh.
So i might sound naughty, but that all talk, well i think it is.
But don't all jeans have a metal zip and metal button? I've only had 5 scans and I was fed up with dressing for scans after 3 of them. Now I just wear jeans and hike them down beneath my hips and the radiography staff give me a piece of the tissue-on-a-roll to preserve my dignity (save me flashing my pants to everyone).
