Think every one is watching something regarding it, though some are not interested.

Will not see it in our life time again. I was forgetting Duke of Edinburgh was Greek, and i am sure their was Wedgewood in his Home.

I have been watching the telly on and  off since Thursday, its history being made cos as you say we won't see it again in our life time and it hasn't  happened for 70 years. I met the Queen in Celle Germany in the 80s. She was beautiful, God I'm crying again.  XX

It is bad enough when you have to organise a funeral  for a loved one, without having every eye, from across the world watching you.

They are still a family, that have lost their nearest and dearest.

Hi everyone. I see you've been watching events unfold. Interesting to see something usually kept away from the cameras I thought. I found myself wondering if the officials standing on the balcony in front of the trumpeteers had remembered to put in earplugs. It must have been deafening.

Dear ellie and Monica, the Duke of Edinburgh wasn't Greek. He was German. But that was all airbrushed out. His family were I believe 'Parachuted in' to the Greek monarchy and later removed by a coup of sorts. I think Philips lot were Hapsburgs. I stand to be corrected on the details. How lovely to hear that Monica can play that wonderful Greek instrument. And a belated welcome to you Monica.
