Morning everyone. Woke up to the sun shining in the bedroom window, got up had breakfast, banana on toast and just on my second coffee. My positivity is back (thank god). Going to have a shower dress and go for a walk through the woods and show my husband were I use to play as a kid as our move has taken me back to my roots. Have a good day all XX
Hi, trying this again! Tvman that is just the way I get when it is too hot, my body can't take it as we don't usually get it this hot. I have fans everywhere!
I'm sure it will be much hotter in Cambridgeshire. How are your grandchildren and how is your elbow doing.
Love Annette x
Well i have had a real busy day as such.
Curiosity killed the cat, how much water does my kitchen sink hold.
So i then filled up four watering cans, i must have a big sink or small watering cans, can not make my mind up.
The oh the phone for about one half hours, chatting, to a friend, put phone down and went to visit sick friend,
So i now know why i am ready to sit down, i could land up with a hoarse voice, some might say what a blessing.
At least it was not to hot 31 not bad.
I think so but I have a severely pain at the point of.my elbow when it's flex. I still can't extend it fully, only to about 150° which is better than the other (right) arm which only extends to around 135° but that has been like that since I fractured it when I was 13. I've had 3 operations on that since. Problem now is I have Cubital Tunnel Syndrome in that too, of course I couldn't just get Cubital Tunnel Syndrome in one elbow, I had to get it in both! It's connected to arthritis caused by my haemochromatosis, my right knee gives me pain also.
Then I had to get diagnosed with MDS, a bone marrow cancer and also my back had to degenerate 6 months later.
No time to dwell on illnesses, I survived a heart attack and a stroke. I need to grow as much veg as possible
Take care Rainie xx
