Hi my appointment with oncologist was on 24/5/22. No appointment for scan so phoned scan appointments oh yes "earliest 24/5/22 , you'll have to change your oncologist appointment? (Kept my calm) OK rang oncologist sec she was loverly and moved my appointment to 7/6/22. So not to bad only 2 weeks later. All done in 15 minutes. Rang gp for some advice waited 10 minutes so just hung up. Will pop in later ha ha .Seems there is a back log for scans. XX

We have been waiting 3 months for a follow up appointment for my daughter for ENT. The letter came today, dated 22nd April, appointment for 29th March……oh and a map to help her find her way around the hospital, only it was a map of a different hospital than her appointment. X
It got worse today. My daughter managed to get through to the secretary at ENT to be told that her appointment for the 29th March was booked on the 22nd April. However the system shows that she attended on the 29th March so they cannot offer her another appointment until next year. The girl is in pain, and now in tears with frustration. X
