(Kept my calm) OK rang oncologist sec she was loverly and moved my appointment to 7/6/22. So not to bad only 2 weeks later. All done in 15 minutes. Rang gp for some advice waited 10 minutes so just hung up. Will pop in later ha ha .Seems there is a back log for scans. XX
Thank you Moi2, we will email PALS tonight x
Aw, that's horrendous Chelle. Can someone look into it for her? If not family then a local councillor/MP?
Sending you and her (((hugs)))

She is emailing the complaints department as we speak. X
Hi Moi2, At least you have scan and results appointment all booked! Good luck!
Chelle, That is terrible, it is happening all over! I've had letters before asking why I didn't turn up for my appointment, the simple answer was.....I didn't know I had one! It makes me wonder when you see in hospital waiting rooms a notice to say "26 people have not turned up for appointments this week at a cost of £*** to the NHS". I just wonder how many of them didn't get letters! I hope your daughter gets an early appointment!
Love Annette x
I hope this gets sorted soon for your daughter.
Hugs, Barb xx
