Coughing up blood

Has anyone had this.

when on holiday yesterday I coughed and could hear fluid. Had to spit out a spoonful of blood

it happened 4 times and then stopped . My husband got very upset. But after it stopped I have been fine.

anyone else had this?

i have a face to face appointment with my oncologist on Monday. First one since lockdown maybe I can have an X-ray of CT

anyone else had this happen in the lung ?

I have vague memories of raspberry leaf tea being helpful for this but you have to be careful when in your pregnancy you take it, sorry I can't remember the details though.

Just an update.

i talked to my oncologist yesterday via video.

he has booked me for a CT scan to see if they can see where the bleeding may have come from. I can have radiotherapy to stop bleeding.
he says if it happens again to contact them.

Great to get a scan, that will see everything. Hopefully just a one off Ruth and it is settled now. Xx
