1. I'm just about to head off on a weekend with my eldest daughter (10) for a mothers and daughters activity weekend. It's raining but the wellies are packed! Hoping I survive!
2. Head a tiny 3 week old baby this morning - gorgeous remembering new life - so small and perfect!
3. Had a delivery of some amazing biscuits from a friend - special.
Have a good weekend all, despite all the hard.

Dear Ms Lin,
Sorry you are not feeling well. Hope you get a speedy appointment with an oncologist the earlier the better.
My 3 things
1) getting to know people (plural) in the Macmillan community.
2) Have started working on my garden :-) after a long while
3) Feeling the sun on my skin while outside in the garden
Warmest Wishes to all
Millie
Hi
Thanks for the recommendation - I do in fact have a handy box of zoplicone. I take it about once every couple of months if I need a reset. Steroids are a mixed blessing.
My three good things.
1. I had a lovely spa day with my nieces, daughters and sister. I even got a massage
2. The sunshine. The leaves. The blossom.
3. My sister did the driving so I had a proper rest
xx
Thank you Daloni, Kirky, McKidd, and SussexOvarian for hugs strength and kind words.
Yesterday's three:
1) Much calmer after several hours sleep.
2) Local hospitals garden, where I had ultrasound, has daffs blooming, as well as forsythia and catkins on the willows around the water.
3)Came home to a clean house. The cleaners arrived for annual big clean just before we left for hospital. We stopped for ice cream on way back to give themmore time without us underfoot. Maybe the ice cream makes a 4th good thing.
Today's three things:
1) Woke from 7 uninterrupted hours sleep to birdsong.
(What a tonic is good sleep!)
2) Put the herbs I kept potted indoors for the winter into the ground and whilst in garden saw first butterfly and bees.
3) Went to grocer on my own for first time in months, and bought hubby Easter sweets to surprise him Sunday morn.
Been feeling a bit sorry for myself today.
Thinking of all the things I could have been doing on such a lovely day instead of sitting most of the time feeling sick and too tired to move.
1. Walked round garden and dead headed daffs.
2. Relieved as saw robin going into nest as I’d worried I hadn’t seen them all day.
3. Looked at some photos of holiday I had last year.
I am spoilt for choice as I have had a lovely few days away in Devon being looked after by a dear friend. Here goes
1. Walking on Dartmoor with the dogs in the sunshine. It was staggeringly beautiful and we found flatish walks I was able to manage
2. Swimming in a stream brought back memories of my childhood summers. I say swimming but really a dip in and out then drying tingling skin in the sun
3. I came home to find my tulips in flower. So pretty

That photo just lifted my spirits so high! Much needed & much appreciated ️xx
