I know a lot of people have found the Peter Harvey paper so helpful in moving forward with their lives. A link has recently been posted on the BCUK site which goes to a slightly longer version which covers things like chemo brain as well. Hope it’s ok to pop on here Thehighlander? Hi Gemmary . Hmmm not sure why it’s coming up like that for you? You could try Googling ‘cancer counselling london after the treatment finishes’ and try that way? I got the link off a post on the bowel cancer uk site under ‘emotional support’.

Well, I am trying to read this longer version, thanks Kareno62, but I'm finding it tougher than the short one. Too many deja vue instances both with the cancer/chemo but also with the covid.

Hi Gemmary . It is a lot longer but felt it might be helpful for some people with covering things like chemo brain. Please don’t persevere with it if it’s doing more harm than good - just dip in and out of the shorter one as and when you need to x

No I will persevere, as I think it might be useful to get a different perspective, and maybe some pointers. Or even just confirmation that I'm doing ok despite what I think! Just that my brain won't let me just read it straight, so having to read in chunks! Think I will print it out, then easier to read.
