Worried about son

Hi, I finished my treatment for triple negative breast cancer last year. I was diagnosed with it in my breast and nodes. I responded well to treatment and had 6 months of chemo, a lumpectomy and the radiotherapy. My young adult children watched everything I went through and now I’m worried about my youngest son who is 19. He had a bad bout of flu in November and had to be hospitalised. He recovered from this but then had to have an emergency appendectomy last week. He’s nearly recovered from this but has since found a painful swollen lymph node in his armpit. He’s worried because he knows that’s what I had previous to my diagnosis. I’m so worried for him and don’t want to pass my anxieties on to him. He seems generally well apart from this. Any advice is very much appreciated thanks.
