Living With and Beyond Cancer and other support

Random question, but are there any support services/groups that don't operate from 9-5?

I'm two years post-surgery, chemo and radio. I'm struggling at the moment, and could use some support, but all the services in my area (West Midlands) seem to be in the day time only.

I'm the main earner in our house and have to work full time. It feels a bit like those of us who have to work for a living are just expected to get on with it, which is probably a bit unfair on the people offering services, but is just how I feel.

I don't even know what support I want. I'm in a lot of physical pain, having lots of issues with IBS etc and generally knackered all the time - and I can't shake the feeling that the cancer is back. I just need to talk to someone who might have an idea how I feel, and who doesn't think I should just pull myself together and get on with it.

I'm seeing my surgeon soon for a check up, but I don't feel she's the right person to ask about this.
