I've had an ileostomy getting on 4 2 years.
My major problems are wind but more especially watery stools and seem to have tried everything.
Recently I have been diagnosed with advanced Pancreatic cancer.
My oncology nurse has suggested that I try Creon . It's bulked my stools quite a lot.
It's really helped so u may want to discuss with your ileostomy nurse whether it would be helpful.

I’m sorry to read of your situation and further diagnosis. I will leave it to others to reply as i have a permanent colostomy rather than an ileostomy so unfortunately don’t have any relevant experience to be able to help or advise you.
