  • Hi Ramsay

I had a LAR operation in August and have found so many tips for managing my Stoma. I’ve got an ileostomy which can be very attention seeking but with the advice I’ve had here I’m enjoying life even with the dreaded Covid restrictions.
Any problems ask away there’s so many experienced members you’ll find lots of help
