Hi everyone. Hope you are all doing OK. Following anal cancer I have now been advised that although I'm in remission I now need a permanent colostomy bag and possibly major surgery too! Is there anyone out there that is a Prison Officer or similar? I'm beginning to think I may need a change of career. Big decisions to make but my quality of life is seriously affected by bowel incontinence and I can't keep living like this. Apparently my muscles have been destroyed and this will never improve. Thoughts please?
