Good morning folks.
I haven't posted for a while so I need to catch up etc.
I just wanted to say, my Stoma has the occasional couple of days off and I take a couple of Senokots to wake it up when it gets to two days.
Today it woke up and was active but I had wind escape from my bottom.
I have a Loop colostomy so i know it can happen but it was weird when it did.
Chromeplated.
It’s a little shock isn’t it. I wasn’t able to pass wind at all before my op as my tumour was rectal and blocking. I was surprised when after my op and at home I felt a very small wind escape. It made me laugh. I know we have different ops but I think that when it’s there it finds a way out.
Sounds like you’re doing well
Any trips booked?
Ann
No trips so far with regards to Pembrokeshire but local trips are ongoing. Second Carvery at a local pub booked for today. Thursday the 5th of May will be my third Chemo session and will be half way through I hope. How are things with you?
The pubs always a great place to start. I tend to research pub grub when I am away. We have a pub breakfast every Thursday with my sister it’s a highlight after lock down.
Hope Chemo is tolerable. and goes well
I’m good we went to Spain beginning of April. No blow outs or leaks( that’s from Whoopi not the plane) so I’m more confident now travelling. It’s just a case of packing for me and whoopi. She has a lot of needs.
