After having either diarrhoea or constipation, since having the colostomy and then the Radiotherapy, maybe it's time I started reading about things I should and shouldn't eat! For instance, breakfast, what the heck do I have now? Plus the fact I have seemed to have lost my appetite! Can anyone recommend a good book I should read?

Although I don't have any personal experience with what to eat when you have a stoma I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet.
I've found this information for you from Macmillan about stomas. You will see that they recommend the Colostomy Association and going to their website I've found this information for you about eating with a stoma.
