Hi all
I posted last week about some new publications to come from Fittleworths on Nutrition and Diet advising that copies could be downloaded, this morning I received my hard copies in the post and I would thoroughly recommend asking Fittleworths to post out printed copies of the booklets to you. The Nutrition one is particularly good and crammed full of information incl 4 pages devoted to meal plans.
Old and new ostomates will I'm sure will find these books very interesting.
