A big warm welcome to all who joined the group last month and whilst I am sorry you've had to join us I hope that you are finding the information to be very informative and to let you know that the members have an in-depth knowledge and experience of being an ostomate whether it be Colostomy. Ileostomy or Urostomy we can help with any problems that you may have and will share our experiences with you on anything at all whether it be output consistency, leakages, diet, foods that can cause problems, body image, clothing, travel advice or advice on products we will probably have the answer for you no matter how small or silly you think the question is ask it here, get the answer then you have one less thing to worry about.
We're the same as you we live with a stoma daily. Most of the members have one stoma but many also have two which can present even more problems.
If you prefer to be in the background just reading the threads that's okay but if you do want to join in with a current discussion or decide to start a new one that's even better you'll be made very welcome and be amongst friends.
