Hello,
I had a bout of food poisoning and I was very sick on Tuesday evening. My colostomy was working and filed up several times when I was being sick.
However, there hasn’t been much output since. Yesterday it was very watery and no movement today even though I have taken 2 Laxido. I am not in any pain. I have little bit of pain now and again on the scar area. I don’t know what to do. I am not going to A&E because I am not in pain,
I didn’t eat much yesterday or today, only toast and soup. I have been drinking a lot of water.
Any help or suggestions will be greatly received.

I'm sorry to read that you've had a bout of food poisoning and that since then you've had a problem with your colostomy.
You say that you don't want to go to A&E and I wondered if this is what you've been told to do if you have a problem with your colostomy. I can understand why you might not want to go there so my only suggestion is to call NHS111 for advice.
