Hi, I wondered, 1, whether anyone here has ever had issues with irrigating when it just doesn’t work for a few weeks and 2, whether anyone has discovered that it magically returns. Thanks in advance.
I started irrigating at the beginning of March and do it every other day.
I have had a couple of days whereby my bowels are opening on the day I irrigate, not sure if it is related but both times I remember the water temperature dropped below 37', not sure if this is a problem.
Not sure what would happen if you have an upset tummy etc
I am storing up questions to email my stoma team who were very good at emailing me during lockdown.
