He forgives all my sins
    and heals all my diseases.
Psalm 103:1-3 (NLT)

I dont understand this part of verse..because he doesnt literally heal our disease. I'm finding this confusing this morning..Sleepy

  • …… you have to read this as being now or later.

He “heals all your diseases” means yes he will often heal many people now….. just looking through history we can see this in the ongoing developments of amazing medications and treatments that moved many illnesses including cancers from being a certainty of death to no longer being this way ….. but also in many documented miracles.

A number of years back I was volunteering in a mission with the Chichi Indians in the Guatemalan mountains and a man was taken into the medical unit as he was seen as dead and they would deal with his body. The mission Doctor took me in to see the man and his signs were saying he was dead….. but after a few hours with an IV drip in his arm he was perfectly fine.

I have an incurable cancer and if not for the amazing ground breaking treatments I had a few years ago I would not be here…… but when healing doesn’t not come it comes in the age to come.….. for those who ‘believe’ we will get a healing that is even better.
