Hi everyone,
Here in the Community team, we know how important it can be to find the right support, and talk to others who can really understand how you feel. We want this forum to be the most helpful space possible for LGBT+ people affected by cancer. With this aim, we're going to be running a focus group.
The Community team here at Macmillan are looking for participants for this focus group around the ‘LGBTIQ+' forum. We are looking for participants who identify as LGBTIQ+ and are aged over 18 to take part.
It’s an opportunity for you to give us really valuable feedback both on the ‘LGBTIQ+’ forum and the Online Community as a whole, and help us to make the right changes.
The focus group will have 3 sessions, which will each be approximately 1.5 hours long. These will take place virtually over video call. We'll be scheduling dates based on participants' availability.
