Posting this here as I don’t want to offend anyone on the main forum. It struck me that it is in human nature to believe in some sort of afterlife - I haven’t found a more compelling alternative to help people cope with grief. And I thought, wouldn’t it be a lovely idea if we could take our iPhones with us.
Will there be Wi-Fi in heaven?
Because I’ll need to feel connected
To those down below
Welling up or letting go
Will I Skype you from a beach or a thick green forest?
Or Snapchat the endless cakes on which I can forage?
Will FaceTime speak your name in a thousand tongues?
On YouTube, tell your tale, taste your lips, paint your nails?
Will my battery go weak or grow stronger each day
Or will there be only one signal
The strongest of all...
Just you by my side,
Whispering goodbye.
Love this Greg. Thank you
