Hi,
I'm looking for find some support for my 9 year old son. Some form of therapist or similar.
My wife has cancer and although my son seems ok on the outside I think it would be good for him to speak to someone.
Does anyone have an suggestions?
Hi JessC26
Maggies offers some support for children if there is one near you.
I know how helpful our son's school was in helping to support our son, he was getting some support anyway because he has autism but it was very helpful that he got a consistent story between school and home.
There is a tool here in your area that can help find local support groups near you, perhaps someone there might have some suggestions that are fairly local to you.
Hope you find some answers.
<<hugs>>
Steve
