Hi all, my best friends mum has advanced stage cancer. She’s terminal and I’ve been doing my best to support so far. She’s recently gone into hospital with fluid in her stomach, and I’ve read online that once this happens we’re starting to talk about months instead of years. Anyway, I guess I’m trying to find advice on how to be a better support system/how to get my best friend through the inevitable, we’re in our 20s so it feels very unfair that she’s losing her mum already. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
