I recently lost my younger sister to cancer. I am utterly heartbroken and finding day to day chores extremely difficult. I have a young family and I feel like I have checked out. I can’t go a minute without thinking of my sister. She was the life and soul of the party and I don’t know how I’m going to get through life without her. She’s always been the one I text or phone when I needed a rant and I feel I’ve been robbed of that. She was diagnosed and quickly lost her battle in just a matter of weeks. I’m struggling to come to terms with it all and accept she isn’t going to be around anymore. I feel broken. I feel completely empty and lost. I keep being told ‘it gets better in time’ but I don’t know how I’m going to manage!!
Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm so sorry to read that you have recently lost your younger sister to cancer and I can't begin to imagine how you're feeling.
As you know, the online community is divided into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the bereaved family and friends group as you'll then connect directly with others who understand the pain you're going through.
