Are you able to tell us a bit more about the type of Cancer mum has as the site is divided up into Cancer types and someone on one of these may be able to offer much needed support and information for you. Are you able to chat to your Mum about all this? She may, or may not welcome the opportunity to talk more about this. My mum has lung cancer on top of copd and emphysema bless her. 
I do talk to my mum about it but not a lot because it upsets her.
