Hi and welcome to the community though always a little sorry to see new members join.
Your reaction sounds quite typical but then been on this cancer path 6 years now with my wife, hers in incurable Leiomyosarcoma. Janice has had two lots of chemo and for now her cancer is stable, so much so that we are now on only 9 monthly appointments. I did a living with less stress course that really helped me while my remarkable lady just sems to get on with it.
I guess you are probably waiting to hear about any treatment plan yet - can remember how anxious that time can be, certainly there will be people on the Pancreatic cancer forum who will have been there.
<<hugs>>
Steve
